Happy to-do list day! (spoiler alert- it's everyday)
We're going to walk through the to-do list brain dump method. Give yourself some time, maybe a weekend, to capture everything floating around in your mind. If you write it down, you don't have to stress about remembering it.
Step One: get a large sheet of paper, and put it somewhere you see & can write on it, have a marker or pen handy, too. I put mine on the dining room table.
Step Two: Every time you think of something that should be on a to-do list, write it on the list. Let this paper be messy, add things as they bubble up, regardless of what part of your life they "belong" to.
Step Three: When your brain dump paper is looking cluttered, grab some crayons/colored pencils/highlighters and
assign a color to each category- home, self care, studio, work, etc. Circle each task with its appropriate color until everything is marked.

Step Four: On smaller pieces of paper (or your favorite thought-capturing method), record each category into its own list. Cross off anything you’ve already accomplished while you were collecting your to-do data.
Step Five: Prioritize each item in your categories. I'm a color-code kind of girl, so that's what I do. Sometimes I reworite the lists in priority order, other times I just use the color coding to stay on track.

Not sure what tools work for you? Give some of these a try:
Reminders on your phone
Digital/paper calendars
Asana or other project management tool
Goodnotes or Notability app
Google Spreadsheet
Post it notes (put them where you'll see them)
Whiteboard
List on the fridge
